01 / YOUR PLAN

Set the day and work windows

All times use a 24-hour clock.

The reference city defines the calendar day to search. It can differ from the participant cities. A clock-change day may have 23 or 25 hours.

Participant cities (1–4)

Work end must be after work start. Overnight windows and public holidays are not supported. Weekdays means Monday–Friday in each city's local date.

LESS GUESSWORK

A date matters as much as a time.

London and New York change their clocks on different dates. Their usual five-hour difference becomes four hours for part of autumn. A repeated hour can also produce two different meetings with the same local start time.
