For a calculation issue
- The reference city and date you selected.
- The other cities, working hours, and meeting duration.
- The result shown and the result you expected.
- Your browser and operating-system versions, if known.
A screenshot can help, but remove names, emails, and unrelated tabs. A shared planner link contains only planner settings; review those settings before including it.
For a calendar import issue
Include the calendar application's name, the event time shown by MeetAcross, and the local time displayed after import. Do not attach a private calendar export or an invitation containing participant details. A recreated example with ordinary city and date settings is enough to start.
For accessibility feedback
Tell us which control or page caused difficulty, the device or assistive technology used, and what you were trying to do. We welcome reports about keyboard navigation, reading order, small screens, and unclear wording.
Before you send
The planner does not check holidays or existing calendars. Browser time-zone data can be older than a recently announced rule change; try updating your browser and operating system. The guide explains these limits. Do not send passwords, payment details, or confidential schedules. See our privacy notice for how support email is handled.
