What the service provides

You may use the planner for personal or business scheduling. It compares selected cities, dates, working windows, and meeting durations, and can generate a share link or a calendar file. It does not access participants' calendars, reserve time, send invitations, or guarantee anyone's attendance.

Check a plan before relying on it

Results depend on the values you enter and your browser's time-zone data. Government rule changes and older browser or operating-system data can affect results. Check important meeting times with participants and with your calendar after importing an ICS file. The planner does not identify public holidays, leave, or existing commitments. It does not support work windows that run overnight.

MeetAcross is a planning aid, not an authoritative clock service or a service for emergency, transport, legal-deadline, or other safety-critical timing.

Availability and changes

We may correct errors, update features, or suspend the service. We aim to keep the tool useful but do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or compatibility with every browser and calendar application. The service is provided as available, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Appropriate use

Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to distribute malicious content. A shared plan is visible to anyone with its complete link. You are responsible for checking whether the settings are appropriate to share and for obtaining participants' agreement to any meeting outside their usual hours.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Please report an error through the contact page so we can investigate. Your use of the site is also covered by the privacy notice.
