Planner settings stay in your browser

The meeting planner calculates times in your browser. Cities, the selected date, work windows, and meeting duration are not uploaded to an application database. The tool does not ask for names, email addresses, calendar access, or an account. It does not use cookies or browser storage to save your planner settings.

Share links and downloads

A generated share link includes planner settings in the fragment after the URL's #. The fragment is read by the page in the recipient's browser and is not part of the HTTP request sent to our hosting service. Anyone receiving the complete link can read its settings. Your browser history, messaging service, clipboard, or a browser extension may retain a link you share.

Calendar files are generated locally and saved through your browser. MeetAcross does not send invitations or upload that file to a calendar service. If you import it into a calendar, the calendar provider's own privacy rules apply.

Website delivery

Cloudflare hosts the website. Loading a page requires a network request that can include your IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time. The hosting provider may process request information to deliver and protect the service. “Calculated in your browser” does not mean visiting the website is anonymous.

Advertising and analytics

This version does not load advertising scripts or analytics trackers. It includes an AdSense publisher identification tag and an ads.txt file for site ownership and advertising readiness; those files do not themselves display ads. If advertising or analytics are added, this notice will be updated to describe the services and any relevant consent controls.

If you email us

Your email service sends the message through its normal infrastructure. We receive your email address and whatever you include, and use that information to respond or investigate a reported issue. Include only what is needed. Do not send passwords, confidential schedules, participant lists, or private calendar invitations.

You can request deletion of a support message by contacting the address above. Some copies may remain temporarily in email-provider backups or be retained where required by law. There is no planner account or application record for us to delete.
